Hooking up the multimeter its around 125 - 130 milliamps after 40 minutes of the car sitting. I have removed every fuse and after removing fuse 19 under the hood I found out its on the SJB (Smart Junction Box).If it was acting up when you had it at the Ford dealer I would think they would be able to diagnose the concern. I am not there diagnosing the concern somebody else is. If it were me I would have replaced the smart junction box and your problem would have been resolved on your first visit.
